Dunster House works hard to ensure all the products we sell are of extremely high quality. We have no ‘middle man’, so the Dunster House team complete all quality control. We hope that this means you will never need to cancel your order. However, we know that circumstances change, and sometimes customers change their minds.

 

We give you 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulation. This right does not extend to bespoke orders that have been customised directly for yourself, made to order or are one off products. Your statutory rights will not be affected if you choose to cancel with us.

 

If you choose to cancel your order at any point after delivery, or after the driver has left the registered delivery address, then you will need to organise this. Furthermore, you will need to organise the return at your own cost.

 

Once we are in receipt of the Garden Building, we will check it to ensure there are no alterations and the product is in the same condition as it was upon delivery to you. If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
