What should I do when I take delivery of my purchase?

When you take delivery of your product, it is important that you check each item you receive carefully. Your instructions and components list will be packed inside the product pack.

It is important that you check that all parts delivered are in excellent condition. Any missing or broken parts must be noted on a delivery discrepancy note and returned with the delivery driver on the day. Please check our Returns Policy for more information.
