How to use the Dunster House Customer Log In Area
To access your order information, make a payment and your PDF Installation Manuals can be found in the customer Customer Log in Area on the Dunster House website. Highlighted in the yellow circle below.
If you have questions on a purchase you are looking to make contact our sales team on 01234 272445 (call line times). If you have further questions about a purchase you have made contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected].
In the case you are viewing on a PC or laptop, you will see the page, as shown below:
On this page click on order number and enter your order number (found on the email we sent). You will also need to enter the postcode you used during the order process.
If you are viewing on a mobile device, the Dunster House website will appear as below:
In the first picture the yellow arrow points to the call button (call line times) and the yellow circle highlights the menu button. After you have pressed this button and scrolled down you will the Customer Log In button as highlighted by the yellow circle in the second picture.
In the event that you have decided to save your order as quote you will receive an email with a link back to the checkout page. Please be aware that the price of the product may change from the first time you viewed it.
*IMPORTANT* the post code you enter HAS to be the same one we have entered onto our systems.

If you lose or forget your details or need further assistance, you can contact our customer service team on by emailing them at [email protected] (we recommend sending one email to start as we operate on a queue system and an additional email will start your queuing process over again) or by writing a letter to our Bedford Headquarters, addressing it to the Customer Service team.
