How to use the Dunster House Customer Log In Area
To access your order information, make a payment and your PDF Installation Manuals you will need to go onto our Dunster House Ltd website and log into the Customer Log in Area. Circled in red below.
If you are viewing on a PC or laptop, you will then be greeted by the pop-up message, as shown below:
On this pop up message click on “here” and you will be taken to another screen to enter your order number and your email address, as shown in the example below:
If you are viewing on a mobile device, enter your order number and email address straight away.
Here you must enter either:
- Your QUOTE number (if it is still a QUOTE starting SQ***** on NAV and you wish to pay online for this) and also your email address.
OR
2. Your ORDER number (if it is now an order starting SO****** on the system) and then your email address.
*IMPORTANT* the email address you enter HAS to be the same one we have entered onto our systems.
- Once you have entered the CORRECT details, Quote/Order number and email address you will then be sent a password to your email address.
- At this point you must click on the “Back to menu” button in the bottom left hand corner. *Do not click on the back arrow at the top of your screen as if you click on this then it will cancel out the password that has been sent to your email address and you will have to restart the whole process again.
- By clicking the “Back to menu” this will take you back to the page you will now be able to enter your new password (sent to your email address given).
- You will need to exit out of the pop up box that appears again at this stage:
Once you have cleared the pop up box you can then enter your quote/order number and the new password you have received to your email address:
If you lose or forget your password you can request a new password through the log in area as many times as you want to, it will only be sent to the email address you have provided us with from the start.
