When your order is received and confirmed, we will let you know straight away. Once your payment details have been verified and your order is successful you will receive confirmation of your order. If you placed your order online the confirmation will be in the form of an email, while offline orders will receive confirmation via both email and post.
If you fail to receive an order confirmation email, first check your junk mail or spam folders, and ensure that you add Dunster House to your accepted email list to ensure you receive all future correspondance from us.
