Terms and Conditions
- This competition is open to all Dunster House Ltd customers past and present, except for employees of Dunster House Ltd, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.
- The winning entries will be selected by votes from the public and votes by an internal panel of judges, with the public vote representing 50% of the outcome and the panel of judges the other 50%.
- You must be over the age of 18 to enter.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry.
- No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
- Entries should be submitted by the form on the competition page. We regret that we are unable to accept entries by post.
- No entries will be accepted that display pornographic or illegal material of any kind and any future entries from such entrants will be discounted.
- The closing date for competition entries is 30th September 2016. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Dunster House Ltd cannot be held responsible for entries received late due to technical or other delays.
- By entering this competition you declare that the content submitted is entirely your own work and does not infringe on any copyright or third party laws. Dunster House Ltd cannot be held responsible for any images that infringe on copyright or third party laws.
- Copyrights of all content submitted remains with the entrant. However, by entering this competition you grant a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to Dunster House Ltd to feature your content in any of its publications, website and/or promotional material associated with this competition.
- Images or videos from our customers will only be accepted if they clearly show a home business and as long as it is operated from a Dunster House Ltd product.
- Images or videos of your home business will be displayed on our website. Our company will not endeavour advertising your company and thus will not accept to receive or publish any information relating to the company in any capacity for your benefit or the benefit of any other person.
- The winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be notified within 30 days of the closing date of the competition.
- The winner in 1st place will win an Amazon Gift Voucher to the value of £500. The winner in 2nd place will win an Amazon Gift Voucher to the value of £200. The winner in 3rd place will win an Amazon Gift Voucher to the value of £70. There are no cash alternatives.
- The winners names may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date, stating the date of publication and enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Dunster House Ltd, Caxton Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire, England, MK41 0LF
- English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

- Dunster House Ltd may contact all entrants to the competition from time to time with offers and promotions. Details will not be passed onto any third parties without consent.
- An image or video along with an accompanying description must be submitted to successfully enter the competition.
- Image submission minimum of 1 image, and a maximum of 6 images.
- Video submission should be maximum 3 minutes long and maximum 50MB file size.
- Dunster House Ltd. reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has fraudulently influenced the outcome of the competition, breached any of the Competition Terms and Conditions, any applicable law or has infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Dunster House Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any loss or disappointment caused.
- Voting in the competition may be temporarily suspended or the Competition ended before the Submission Deadline for any reason. Dunster House Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any loss or disappointment caused.
- Dunster House Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time throughout the duration of the competition.
