If the brick-effect isn’t for you, there is a smooth grooved WPC version which also comes with the grey slate-effect roof. Personalise the exterior walls with a ‘BEDEC Multi Surface Paint’ that can be purchased from a number of retailers. Customise it to stand out and create a vibrant entrance for yourself, family and guests.

The Addroom Porches are not only attractive and stylish, but come with highly advanced secure locks on the uPVC windows and doors. On the door there is a 10-point locking system, and the windows are multipoint locking. With these quality security features you can comfortably store your belongings without any worries.

Do I Need Planning Permission for a Porch?

According to Planning Portal, porches are considered to be permitted development, therefore typically not requiring planning permission. Our porches are less than 3m2 in floor space and are under 3m in height, meaning you are less likely to have to apply.
