We found Dunster customer service excellent. They gave us a clear instruction on what to expect. The delivery was on time and the two men who delivered my cabin were polite and helpful. The cabin has been a challenge to build, but that was because I had never done one before. The comprehensive instructions were very helpful although, some parts could have been a little clearer. On the whole very satisfied and would recommend Dunster to my friends.

I went for the 45mm Double glazed 4m x 3m as an extra room for my two young girls. Quality of the product was very good and straight forward to assemble. Would recommend.

First class quality materials and construction of the panels. The two delivery lads took every care not to drop and bash corners of the panels. I was even asked when I was going to construct the shed because they wanted to make sure it was covered until that time.
