After looking online for ages for a bike shed and seeing many negative reviews for almost every company including Dunsterhouse, I eventually took the plunge and ordered the Ariane Bike shed from Dunsterhouse. I was very nervous after the negative reviews I had read, but was really impressed with the experience from the moment my order was confirmed. Dunsterhouse contacted me within days of my payment being taken, to arrange delivery, and the shed was in my back garden within two weeks of ordering. The reception staff were really helpful and I honestly had no reason to complain about the ordering procedure. The delivery driver was pleasant too, and the online tracking of the truck is a nice touch. So, I can hear you thinking, this must have been a one off? Well days after my shed was assembled, an elderly neighbour came into my garden and said how impressed she was with the shed, and asked if I would order her another exactly the same. So, I agreed to help her, and ordered the second shed. I then went through the entire order process again, and again, I cannot fault how Dunsterhouse performed. I had to pay on this occasion by bank transfer as the delivery address was different to my own, but this did not negatively effect the process at all, and the second shed turned up on time on the day arranged. If I had to comment about anything negative, I would say that a couple of the sales people I spoke to during my decision making sounded as if they were rushed off their feet and didn't have much time to deal with my enquires. But the end result speaks for itself, and overall the experience was very good. So, if you are considering a shed purchase, i would certainly recommend Dunsterhouse following my experience.

The fort was a challenge to put together but it was the kind of challenge I enjoy. I built it over three evenings and when completed it felt very sturdy. The kids have been on it every day since it was built - they love it! The fact that it's an all wooden construction also makes it much more attractive in the garden than a metal or plastic framed version. I blends into our garden surprisingly well considering its size.

Having read some of the reviews on line I was sceptical about ordering from this company. However, liking the product, (Centaur Gazebo) I contacted to firm to discuss. My review here is for the excellent advice and service I have received from a member of the sales team, Ann Young. Answered lots of questions and could not have been more helpful. I am now hoping that the product and delivery will be up to the same standard.

Overall really happy with this product. Sadly there was a missing item from the package but rather than postpone the building we managed to purchase this locally. It took one person a day and half to build but the instructions were good and relatively simple to follow. The completed product is excellent, really sturdy and it feels well made. Most importantly our children love it and it's proved an excellent purchase for both of our children and offers them both activities they can enjoy (aged 9 & 4)!
