The gazebo is very good value for money the wood and sturdiness of it is first class so overall pleased with our purchase. A couple of things however have annoyed us unless we have been unlucky the roof and trying to speak to Customer service. The gazebo was erected by two qualified contractors but after one day on the job things were not going well with the roof, the wood didn't fit properly and the gaps were too big so that nails were coming through the ceiling and not going into wood joints. When we measured the wood at least half of them were not the correct size so they were never going to join properly after several attempts to speak to someone and sending pictures we would have replies by email no one would actually speak to us which was very frustrating, we asked someone to come out and inspect the roof as were not happy but they said no as we had not used their workmen so it was left for a week before putting the tiles on, unfortaunatly in the end we gave up as we were not getting anywhere and water was leaking though onto our Spa and we couldn't risk anymore damage as wood stain was staining our spa cover so we paid the guys another half a days labour to do the tiles. Such a shame as the top central tile looks a bit awkward as it could have done with a metal central cover and the inside ceiling still has nails poking through but we have accepted now. Such a great product but after sales not so good.

Having been let down by another company, we were worried! We needn't have been. The Squirrel Fort climbing frame arrived promptly within one week of ordering, within the specified time slot. The parts were beautifully packaged and instructions were easy to follow. It look a whole day to assemble, but came pre-drilled, pre-treated and with no missing parts. It is a solid piece of equipment and my Grand daughter is thrilled. The whole team were brilliant. Thank you. Will take some photographs and forward them to you.

Great summerhouse! Although I didn't put it together myself I am told it was relatively easy. I chose to put a cedar shingle roof on to add character. Delivery was aexcellent and on time. When I emailed the office about a query I got a prompt response. Overal very happy with my new she-shed! Have had several people ask where I purchased it from and quite a few friends have popped in for a cuppa or a gin tonic!

We are very happy with the cabin, quick and easy to build, built it in 1 day leaving to felt the roof the second day and then 5 coats of varnish on the floor 3 coats of preservative externally followed by 3 coats of cabin treatment externally, power and data run to cabin final touch of decking to the front all done in 6 days

We are extremely pleased with our Valiant 350 Summerhouse that was erected in one very hot day by the efficient team from Warminster. Dunster House fulfilled all their commitments promptly and courteously and kept us informed at all stages. Their range of products and competitive prices are unparalleled. I strongly recommend them.

Sturdy product and safe but would very strongly advise you have a second person help you out and pre-drill the holes. I did it myself and did not pre drill and it became something of a marathon thats my fault not dunsters. The only critisism I could say is that the instructions for the cross bar are were not clear at all to me at least. I think it would be helpful if Dunster improved this or even had small tutorial video. Also please be aware that this is 7 foot high! I bought it for my 5 year old who is a bit too fearless for his own good but 7 foot up even scared him so hes' going to have to grow a bit more before I feel 100% safe with him using it.

Product arrived in fairly quickly and undamaged with no missing items which is great. I was expected a little more for the price payed. All of the tongue and groove panels all had to be pre drilled and all hand rail spindles and a few other bits, which was very time consumeing. Instruction manual wasnt the clearest to work from, somethings I had re do as wasnt clear in manual. Wouldn't recommend to the non hands on persons. Power tools definitely needed
