Excellent product very good value for money well made

THIS IS NOT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED!!!! dont know why you have sent me this to review, anyway I purchased the balcony fort and I will review that. Product arrived in fairly quickly and undamaged with no missing items which is great. I was expected a little more for the price payed. All of the tongue and groove panels all had to be pre drilled and all hand rail spindles and a few other bits, which was very time consumeing. Instruction manual wasnt the clearest to work from, somethings I had re do as wasnt clear in manual. Wouldn't recommend to the non hands on persons. Power tools definitely needed

After ordering the monkey bars for our youngest son, they were delivered quickly and we were able to follow our delivery so we knew when it was close to home. The monkey bars went together reasonably easily after a bit of messing. Once up we couldn't get our 6 year old off the monkey bars! Our 10 and 12 year olds have also had fantastic fun on the monkey bars. A great and very sturdy product.

Excellent delivery All items present and fitted together really well Quality of materials was first rate My wife and I erected it over a weekend and I done finishing touches during the week. Had shingle roofing that looks good Bit of an issue with the top but sorted it with a cap made locally and covered I shingle felt Would recommend highly

Excellent product - very high quality and the kids love it. Looks awesome. However, it needs professional help to build - it's basically a pile of wood, with no holes drilled or marked. A good drill and wide selection of tools is essential. Time to build around 25 man-hours.

Delivered on the agreed date by helpful and courteous driver and mate. Checklist was easy to identify the components and ensure that all parts were included. Assembly is straight forward once the instructions are read through and understood - critical to have a level base and get the doors and windows frames set square but other than that very easy to build with basic DIY skills and tools. Could not be happier with the end result - solid and very well made. Would definitely recommend this product.

The delivery between 3-6 weeks;it has been 11 weeks and they can not gave me a slot time of delivery to be at home waiting for the driver.
