Product: Leviathan Chunky Corner Gazebo

I haven't seen any cheaper offers from other suppliers. Delivery happened at the time and date agreed. Quality of product appears to be good and no splits, damage or missing parts. Building it was easy enough and dare I say it good fun. Due to short winter days I took a couple of weekends. Looks great and I am sure we will have many happy times in it. Overall a great success without any concerns at all.

Purchased and built the Severn log cabin in June 2018. Excellent sales and delivery service. We built our cabin on a concrete base which made it very easy to erect. It's now nearly March 2019 and we are very happy having gone through our first winter. No gaps or major movement so far.

The company was very good concerning customer service, delivery dates and materials used. My log cabin came on the day and first impressions was the materials were exceptional quality. Using the instructions provided (and apart from my dad coming round for a couple of hours to help lift the insulation roof boards) I did all the work myself in 3 days. It took another week to waterproof paint the outside but well worth it. The instructions themselves were quite clear but a couple of times they were incorrect regarding which piece goes where and no instructions at all into how to fix the door mechanism so I had to be very careful while building it. There were plenty of nuts, bolts and screws, way over what I needed. All in all an excellent product and I would recommend them but also recommend they improve their instructions

After being intially sceptical about using Duster House i was really pleased with the service from point of sale through delivery and ultimatly to the quality of the product. I didnt experience any hard sale at their showrom in Bedford and was dealt with by a really friendly guy called Marcus who was there if we wanted to speak but equally didnt `hover`. Product arrived as promised and the guys offloaded and stacked right where i needed it. One small issue is that i would prefer specific instructions rather than a generic book that you find yourself constantly thumbing through but i am being picky. Anyway its not that hard to put up in the first place. Its up now and painted and looking great.
