The man who erected the 350 Valiant Summerhouse were very professional worked very hard for two days. The finished job was perfect. Great service and really good product,one thing that could be improved is to put extra roof supports from the apex to the centre of the panels I don't think this would be a problem if you use the felt type roofing material but with the weight of the shingle type material the roof panels sag between supports.Also with the hot weather we are experiencing at present when it rains the bituminous roof gives a brown staining liquid .Other then that it is a good product and the wife loves it.!

Good product for the money, children love the SquirrelFort, play on it for hours. Purchase to delivery was painless. All components were wrapped very well for transit and nothing seemed out of place or missing. Friendly and helpful drivers which makes a change. Instructions are basic yet easy to follow. If you embark on installing this yourself, I would do it over a weekend with someone to help you as quite often you need a 3rd hand or that extra help to lift. I would say you need to be a very confident diy'er too. It really doesnt look that complicated in the picture to assemble, but everything is in bits apart from the raised platform, plus you need a good level site especially for the raised fort section, and once you start it eats the time up like you dont realise. Couple of gripes. RRP, hardwood equivalent maybe. Pressure treated, not so sure, unless ours was done late on a friday afternoon. But for 335.99 plus delivery, not a bad purchase, and its given the end of the garden we never used before a new lease of life for the children.

good all round, time spent on base is essential. Only criticism - please in future put screws in separate bags.

What a great kit. Very easy to assemble and finish. Please advise of the fire risk rating for my health and safety officer.

The wood appears solid. The actual design build is well thought out however...... The instructions are not clear or in a logical order. The instructions are not complete, forcing the builder to improvise. Some of the pictures used in the instructions are incorrect showing more or less pieces used and incorrect placement. ADVICE - ideally needs 2-3 people to build, took 2 full days to erect, get the ground perfectly flat first. For saftey I feel this product should come with hand rails as standard at the top of the climbing wall.

Good product with what feels like quality materials and the kids love it. It took my Dad and myself (who are both engineers) 4 hours to build and that includes putting the house part of the climbing frame on the left hand side rather the right, of which wasn't catered for in the instructions. My only gripe is that the instructions are quite hard to follow, as rather than parts having codes such as A, B, or C, they have 6 or 7 digit codes that can be quite confusing. Also I was missing a 100mm bolt that was critical to the structure but after I had emailed customer services they very quickly sent one through the post which was excellent service.

The finished product is really good, but putting it together is very complicated. We had 2 guys putting it together and they had several problems that meant it too a long time to put together. Even now that it is finished it not quite perfect. All of the effort does seem to be worth it though as our little boy and his cousins love it. Just give yourself plenty of time, have lots of drill batteries fully charged and be patient!

Bought the squirrel fort for our grandsons 3rd birthday he loves it. It was fairly easy to put together with 2 people n looks great in the garden. All our friends kids now ask to come to our house rather than go to the park they love it

I am an o a p and was told I would be able to help the driver,as it wouldn't be heavy when it arrived it was all on a pallet,luckily my brother was here. Also it would have been a lot easier if the holes were already drilled. The shingle has not been put on yet due to the weather.
