Excellent product and service. From the initial drop off by the driver where he spent the time unloading with me going through the parts to ensure I had everything and stacking it in an order to make construction easier when I started. Construction was really straight forwards, the instructions were clear and easy to understand. Product quality is great, excellent videos on Facebook to follow should you want to physically see one being built up so all in all a first class product and service. I will certainly reccommend them to my friends

I';m very pleased with this summer house. I was looking for something large enough for an art studio and this fitted the bill. It was very easy to construct and once I'd sealed treated and painted it it looked lovely. This arrived the week before Christmas and I put it up at this time. This is a very nicely put together package I had no issues with the quality of the materials used for the summerhouse so all round 5stars a good quality summerhouse that can be used throughout the winter months if adequately sealed and insulated. Like I said I use this as my art studio and even in the worst of the weather I'm as snug as a bug! A very spacious building for the price.

This item arrived on time and was delivered onto the spare land as requested by two helpful delivery drivers. All items were well packed. It did take two adults, one and a half days to erect. Good quality and looks fantastic. My Grandchildren love it.

Very pleased with the cabin, which is now functioning as my home gym. I assembled the building by myself - despite the instructions, you don't actually need two people. Moving the two rather heavy apex pieces into place was a bit tricky on my own but entirely possible. There's some very clever engineering in the design of the building. I went for the thicker flooring option and added a few additional bearers to reduce the span on the floorboards, and it's now happily supporting a powerlifting cage with about a quarter of a tonne of metal on it. My only complaint is that the two man delivery didnt really go as planned - despite my access meeting the criteria in the contract, one of the delivery guys had health and safety concerns, so I ended up helping the other guy move the pieces from the lorry into the garden. To be fair, the chap was about 7 foot tall and he may have hit his head on a lintel walking down the side of the house. Overall, very happy with it. Hopefully it will stand the test of time.

The double garage kit is remarkable value for money and the finished result looks amazing. It was a busy couple of days getting it put up but I managed with a little help from a mate. The basic structure including the roof and roof membrane took about a day and a half to complete then some quiet time on my own with the finishing off - the doors, glazing, roof shingles etc. There were times when I thought I might be short of a few pieces but I was wrong; everything was there as detailed in the parts list. My advice would be to spend several hours reading and re-reading the instructions. It's worth noting that the instructions are not 100% specific to the Deore double garage (being based on a standard cabin) so you need to combine 2 sets of instructions which was a bit challenging! I'm thoroughly delighted to have bought from Dunster House.

We are very pleased with the cabin and the team that erected it were great. Delivered on the day and at the time given and assembled within the time allocated. looking forward to kitting it out and making full use of it.

Firstly, very disappointed, No assembly by Dunsterhouse in Scotland,---WHY---? However, was very fortunate, to employ an excellent Joinery team, and highly recommend said for serious consideration, "North of the border" Extremely happy with our purchase, with the exception of 2 bearers, and the difficulty with closing and locking the twin doors. Have no hesitation, in fully recommending your company to all purchasers, and rate your overall assessment --- 97%. --- VERY IMPRESSED, NOW ABOUT MY DOORS?? Thank you Ernest Ness

This was delivered on time and the delivery man was very polite and helpful. It took a lot more assembly than suggested - even for someone who is quite knowledgeable ! However, looks good now put up !

Absolutely delighted with the summerhouse. My landscaper who put it together for me says 'it is a good bit of kit' although more difficult to assemble than thought. Also took 4 coats of paint to get a good finish. However definitely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.
