The service was first class, when we asked a question the reply came within an hour. As the sale was done over the Internet it is easy quick and were told that it would be with in three weeks, in fact it came in seven days. That is what I call service. The only thing I would complain about is fact they do not offer an extra at extra cost to the customer is a cap for the top, after putting the tiles on the crown looked un tidy so we had a lead cap made which made the roof tidy and complete.

Product: BalconyFort Max Monkey Bars Double Swing

The fort was a challenge to put together but it was the kind of challenge I enjoy. I built it over three evenings and when completed it felt very sturdy. The kids have been on it every day since it was built - they love it! The fact that it's an all wooden construction also makes it much more attractive in the garden than a metal or plastic framed version. I blends into our garden surprisingly well considering its size.
