The climbing frame is good and well made. My only complaint about the equipment is about the baby seat which we bought as an extra - the seat is quite narrow and the front bar is quite low which makes it difficult to get my 18 month old grandson in. In another couple of months he will not be able to bend his legs enough to get into the seat. This is very disappointing as he will not be able to sit on the proper seat for a long time and therefore will not be able to use the swing. Now to the guys that made the delivery !! When I made the order by phone I was asked if I would be present on the day of the delivery as there would only be one person delivering unless I wanted to pay extra for a second person. I took a day off work and was here when the lorry arrived with two people. One sat in the cabin doing some paperwork which the younger bearded guy took the straps off the load. I helped him lift the bigger pack off the lorry and asked if we could take it 20 yards to the back of the house. He said that he could not as I had not paid for a two person delivery and that he would only lift it off the lorry a drop it on the drive. I could not believe what I was hearing. I said again that it was only 20 yards to he replied that "we always get this, it is very annoying and that we would be making the company out of money if we did". His attitude was very aggressive and at one stage the older driver told him to calm down. This was not the behaviour that I expected and I have never been spoked to like this by anybody that has delivered goods to my premises. I would have been far better off paying for the two person delivery and staying at work - at least that way I would not have been spoken to in the way that the young bearded did to me. As I said at the start the equipment is fine but I will never buy anything from this company again as a result of the attitude and the cheek that I received from this guy

Having been to the Bedfordshire branch to look at the log cabins on display, we chose the Rhine log cabin for our garden. The cabin looks great however I would like to strongly recommend Dunster House should offer pre installation location survey to all customers. My cabin had to be installed in a position in the middle of the garden which I am not happy about at all.Had they surveyed the area before the installation date and advised me appropriately I would have been a happier customer.
