What if the delivery and billing addresses are different?

When purchasing from our website, the delivery address can be different to the billing address, as long as it passes a security check. Online orders may be placed to alternative delivery addresses. Only if the online card payment is in full and the card passes a 3D Secure check such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. This process is in place for your reassurance, so that you can shop safely and with confidence.

If you prefer, the payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque when ordering over the phone with one of our friendly sales advisors. If paying by cheque, we advise paying the whole order amount to avoid delaying your delivery date due to clearance timescales. However, this is not required.
