Administration Clerk

 We are currently looking for an Administration Clerk to join our Gosberton team. It is essential for the successful candidate to hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a growing family run, international business currently employing approximately 420 people across our 11 UK sites.

With 30 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers

This job is based out of our Gosberton Factory – PE11 4HG

Job includes:

  • Managing stock on BC
  • Processing/creating transfer orders on BC
  • Recording keeping – receipts, delivery notes, transfer orders, training records, face fit test records, accident forms, safety checks – fire checks, emergency lighting
  • Maintenance records, monthly water readings, registering warranties
  • Creating purchase requests
  • Creating item cards on BC
  • Issuing equipment/tools
  • General document printing/scanning
  • Collate Files for Packing Images
  • Record and monitor Agency Timesheets
  • Collate all Q-Forms, issue for packing and liaise with CS for Couriers
  • Print all installation Manuals and Issue to Packing
  • Collate all production Timesheets for Efficiency
  • Record transfer loadings when required
  • Organise and manage cleaning of the site
  • Ensure new starters have all documentation and assist staff with XD
  • Carry out all other requests from management on an adhoc or regular basis as required

  • Proven ability of multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good PC skills
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
