TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This competition is open to all Dunster House Ltd customers past and present, except for employees of Dunster House Ltd, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- You must be over the age of 18 to enter.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Entries should be submitted by the form on the competition page. We regret that we are unable to accept entries by post. The maximum file size of any individual photograph is 10MB.
- No entries will be accepted that display illegal material of any kind and any future entries from such entrants will be discounted.
- The closing date for competition entries is 18th September 2018. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Dunster House Ltd cannot be held responsible for entries received late due to technical or other delays.
- By entering this competition, you declare that the content submitted is entirely your own work and does not infringe on any copyright or third-party laws. Dunster House Ltd cannot be held responsible for any images that infringe on copyright or third-party laws.
- Copyrights of all content submitted remains with the entrant. However, by entering this competition you grant a worldwide, perpetual license to Dunster House Ltd to feature your content in any of its publications, website and/or promotional material associated with this competition. - The winners and 5 runners up will be selected by a panel of in-house judges based on originality, practicality and engagement.
- Winners of 1st place and runners up will be notified within 30 days of the closing date of the competition.
- The winner of 1st place will win an Amazon Gift Voucher to the value of £250. The 5 runners up will win an Amazon Gift Voucher to the value of £25. There are no cash alternatives.
- The winners’ names may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date, stating the date of publication and enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Dunster House Ltd, Caxton Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire, England, MK41 0LF.
- English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

- Entering allows Dunster House Ltd to contact entrants about joining the Dunster House Ambassador Program which offers rewards in exchange for cooperation with our marketing department to develop further photographic and video content for the company.
