A: EdgeRig is delivered via courier in 95% recyclable packaging, and in some cases will be delivered using Dunster House's own fleet of delivery drivers.

How long does EdgeRig take to assemble?
A: Due to the easy-to-build nature of the EdgeRig, we would recommend that it would take 1 person around 2.5 hours to assemble. This is likely to vary.

This product will either be delivered by courier or by one of Dunster House's own fleet of delivery vehicles.

Due to the unprecedented circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation we are unable to deliver to Scotland until further notice. This is due to the issues surrounding accommodation and hospitality services for our drivers. We are doing our best to support our customers during this difficult time and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Important Notice for All Customers Regarding Measures During COVID-19 Outbreak

 

During the period of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, Dunster House is continuing to follow the official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England in order to ensure the safety and security of our customers and our staff.



We are continuing to operate at full capacity in terms of our Dispatch and Delivery Service, however we will be implementing some temporary measures in order to minimise the need for contact between our staff and our customers, particularly those customers who may be self-isolating or in quarantine.

Q: Will my goods be delivered during the COVID-19 period?

A: Yes. We will be delivering all orders whilst also limiting the contact between customers and delivery staff.



Q:  How will you make sure that social contact is adhered to during deliveries?



A: We are taking serious measures to maintain the Health and Safety of both our customers and staff members and will therefore ensure that our delivery drivers maintain a respectful and appropriate distance during delivery.



Q: What happens if I (the customer) am self-isolating?



A: If you are self-isolating and wish to avoid all contact with our delivery drivers, then please inform our Dispatch Team when you receive a call to arrange your delivery. The driver will then place the delivery paperwork through the letter box for you to check against the product. You can then leave the signed paperwork copy on the delivered goods and return to your property whilst the driver remains in the vehicle.



Q: What are the terms and conditions of the delivery?

A: The rest of the terms of delivery remain unchanged. Namely, the drivers will unload your goods from the kerbside and deliver to the front elevation of your property only, such as a driveway. In most cases, parts will be unloaded separately meaning that the delivery can take some time.

Looking after your EdgeRig

The desktop is load rated to 50kg and has been independently durability tested to this weight, do not sit on the desktop or place weight in excess of this on top of it. Do not lift the rig by the desktop

A mouse mat must be used if a mouse is to be used on any of the surfaces. Likewise, suitable surface protection must be used if any surface is to be used for cutting, or any activity where excessive abrasion is foreseeable.

Do not sit in the seat if you are carrying sharp objects in your pockets

Do not stand on any part of the rig
If you are using force feedback gaming controllers, you should periodically check and tighten the bolted connections

If any liquids are spilt onto EdgeRig, please wipe clean.
