Upon attaining Trade Customer status, the Purchaser shall be entitled to the following discounts off the Supplier’s standard website price:

• After £25,000 of aggregate orders: 3% discount on further orders
• For aggregate orders over £75,000 up to £250,000: 5% discount on further orders
• For aggregate orders over £250,000 up to £500,000: 6% discount on further orders
• For aggregate orders above £500,000: 8% discount on further orders

Note: Discounts are applied to the standard website price on all subsequent orders once the aggregate threshold is met.

You will have received your order confirmation by email, which will contain details of the products ordered and the delivery address. You will be able to then login to our website and see the products you have ordered, process any outstanding payments, check/confirm your delivery date and monitor the progress of your delivery as it approaches. Terms and Conditions

• Trade status is subject to approval and valid for business-to-business transactions only.
• Discounts are calculated based on the total aggregate spend, including VAT and delivery.
• Accounts must remain in good standing to maintain discount eligibility.
• The Purchaser shall not use the Supplier’s product names, official imagery, or branding beyond the specific scope permitted by this Agreement.
• All intellectual property remains the sole property of the Supplier. Any marketing or digital representation of the Products by the Purchaser must be pre-approved or align with our brand guidelines.
