Terms and conditions
- This competition is open to the general public, except for employees of Dunster House Ltd, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.
- Competition is only open to UK residents.
- The winning entries will be selected by public vote, with the entry with the most votes, second most votes and third most votes winning the first, second and third place prizes respectively.
- Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry.
- No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
- The winner in 1st place will win 6x tickets to Go Ape's Tree Top Junior course. The winner in 2nd place will win 4x tickets to Go Ape's Tree Top Junior course. The winner in 3rd place will win 2x tickets to Go Ape's Tree Top Junior course. Adults that are just supervising a child on the Tree Top Junior course will not need a ticket unless they want to take part themselves. There are no cash alternatives.
- No entries will be accepted that display pornographic or illegal material of any kind and any future entries from such entrants will be discounted.
- Entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 on behalf of the entering children.
- The child entered must be between 6 and 12 years old.
- The closing date for competition entries is midnight GMT 5th November 2014. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Dunster House Ltd cannot be held responsible for entries received late due to technical or other delays.
- The winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be notified within 30 days of the closing date of the competition.
- Only one submission per child, although the same parent or guardian may use the same email address to submit multiple entries from different children
- Individuals can only vote for each entry once, but can vote for more than one entry.
- English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

- Dunster House Ltd may contact all entrants to the competition from time to time with offers and promotions. Details will not be passed onto any third parties without consent.
- An image along with an accompanying description must be submitted to successfully enter the competition.
- By entering this competition you declare that the content submitted is entirely your own work and does not infringe on any copyright or third party laws. Dunster House Ltd cannot be held responsible for any images that infringe on copyright or third party laws.
- Entrants must read and accept the promoter's Data Protection and Privacy Terms in the Dunster House website's Terms of Use. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age, we ask that you read these Terms of Use on behalf of your child.
- Dunster House Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time throughout the duration of the competition.
- Copyrights of all content submitted remains with the entrant. However, by entering this competition you grant a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to Dunster House Ltd to feature your content in any of its publications, website and/or promotional material associated with this competition
- The winners names may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date, stating the date of publication and enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Dunster House Ltd, Caxton Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire, England, MK41 0LF
