You have the option to add roof and floor insulation to our cabins promoting heat retention. This can save you money on your heating bills. We use polyisocyanurate insulation which is more effective than rockwool or polystyrene used by some competitors. Find out more about our insulation.

Strong and Sturdy – Built to Last

Our log cabins are crafted only from the highest quality slow grown spruce. As a more stable timber, spruce minimises splits and warps, unlike cheaper alternatives such as pine. It also creates an aesthetically pleasing garden building, being a whitewood spruce doesn’t discolour as much as pine. It is also less susceptible to mould and rot, so you can build a Log Cabin office that will withstand the test of time!

All our garden buildings have been designed on the basis that any competent DIY customer should have no problem installing a product themselves in a short amount of time. You do not have to be an expert at DIY to build a Dunster House log cabin office, as we do provide you with comprehensive pictorial instructions. We totally understand that DIY is not for everyone therefore, you may want to consider getting in touch with a local carpenter or handyman to install it for you.
