On the day of your delivery you can track your order on our website by signing in to our customer login area. Simply type in your order number and postcode and you will get an update on your driver’s approximate location. This means that if you need to pop out on the day of delivery, you can check where your driver is and do what you need to do without worrying about missing your delivery.
We do not offer timed deliveries, so request that someone can be available at home on the day between 8:30am and 6:00pm to accept delivery. This is in case our driver meets any unexpected traffic or has to change their route at the last minute.
