No, we do not deliver over the weekends or on public holidays. All of our deliveries take place on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, unless a public holiday falls on one of these days. Once you have placed an order with us, our Dispatch team will be in contact to arrange and confirm a suitable delivery date with you, so you are ready for arrival of your item.
We do not offer timed deliveries, so ask that somebody is at home and available all day to receive the delivery. On the day of delivery, you can track your order by visiting the customer login area on our website. Just enter in your order number and postcode to receive an update on the approximate location of your delivery driver.
