As soon as stock of your purchased item is available for delivery a member of our Dispatch team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date for your order. We will always confirm a delivery day with you in advance, to ensure that someone is there on the day to receive the goods. We do not offer timed deliveries, so ask that an authorised person is present at the address all day of the planned delivery date.
The turnaround times shown on our website are all approximate, as your delivery will depend on stock levels, driver availability and the weather. Although we will always do our best to meet the delivery timeframes advertised, some things are out of our control.
