How to Contact Us - Sales, Dispatch and Customer Services

When browsing for, buying or getting a Garden Building delivered, we know questions will arise. We want to make sure that we can answer these questions for you as easily and quickly as we possibly can. With this in mind, we have made our teams contactable in a variety of ways, allowing you to pick the method that is easiest for you at any given time. 

 

To help save you time, we created the Help Centre. This is a centralised location for all your frequently asked questions, documents you may need, terms and conditions along with our blog and customer services. Before ringing us, have a browse of these pages as they may answer your questions without you having to do anything else.

 

Sales team

Online shopping has increased over the last few years, with more people working from home. While working from home has many advantages, it does mean people are busier than ever and are juggling their work and home life, leaving them with less time to seemingly do more.

 

With this in mind, we have made it as easy as possible to get in touch with our sales team. They are easily contactable on 01234 272445  if you would like to ring them. Alternatively, you can request a callback from them, this online form requests your name, contact number, products you’re interested in and then what time you would prefer to be called. This makes it easier for those who work shifts or don’t want to take personal calls during working hours.

 

You can even text your sales enquiry to 07507331973. A member of our sales team will receive your text and send you an email back with their name and phone number for you to contact at a time that is convenient to you. 

 

We also have the option of a live chat window on our Contact Us page. This allows you to discuss your product with a member of our sales team on your computer. If for any reason our live chat agents are unavailable, which can happen as our team is very busy, you can leave them a message and they will get back to you as soon as they can.

Dispatch

We strive to place you in control of as much of the order process as possible, allowing you to choose a delivery date that suits you and even track your delivery vehicle via our website on the day of delivery. This lets you know how far away they are from you at any particular time on that day. We still advise that someone stay in between the designated times of 08.30am - 19.00pm as there will be times the driver may have to change route and we don’t want you to miss them. If for any reason your delivery can not be made, times that are extremely rare but unfortunately can happen, our dispatch team will make contact and work with you to find a convenient time.

Customer Services

We aim to provide you with the best customer experience that we possibly can and therefore hope that none of our customers feel the need to contact our customer service team. However, we are only human and understand that mistakes may happen or the product may not quite reach customer expectations. When this happens, our team will work hard to ensure they resolve your query as quickly as possible by conducting a thorough investigation.

The reason our customer services department is contactable via writing is due to the complexities of each complaint. As you can imagine, with the volume of orders that go out per day, no complaint is the same. Each query involves details such as contact details, order numbers and other details about the problems that you might be experiencing that require a written record, and that can easily be misheard over the phone or lost amongst paperwork. By making our customer services department contactable by email or letter only, we can be sure we have all the information we need to investigate it further.
