Delivery was as agreed and on time. Gazebo was all as should be. No missing parts. Very pleased with product and now built looks super in garden. Thank you.

Delivery - excellent Quality of product - very good Assembly instructions - difficult to follow in parts.

Great value. Delivery on time and easily tracked. We bought the Rhine which just needed treating after it was erected.

Extremely poor instructions and service overall. - printed build instructions supplied on delivery were different to instructions on website that were different to instructions emailed to me 5 days later. Some changes were fundamental and meant lost time and effort fixing issues - driver and assistant turned up and first thing they said was not “good morning” but “we are dropping this off at the kerb mate whether you like it or not”. Charming! When I pointed that was not why I had been told response was “I will throw it all back on the lorry then”. Appalling service. Took offence at me wanting to check all items on the delivery sheet they wanted me to sign. - called customer services twice for clarification on build instructions and on each occasion was told I would be put through to an expert but Instead went to a recorded message that stated ALL issues would only be dealt with via email. Why blatantly lie about putting me through to an expert? When I called back was told “if you do not know the name of the person you spoke to how can I be expected to help” - when you are building the climbing frame time is of the essence - but not to Dunster. When an email is sent a reply can be received two days later. Again appalling service On positive side - When email reply received they were informative and helpful.

Great gazebo but OMG you must be a DIY expert to get this bad boy together !! My husband is very hands on and it has taken both of us 3 days to build it , with limited instructions. So if you love a challenge then it's great . If not buy one already built !
