I can honestly say that I am delighted with the squirrel fort I recently purchased....now it in the assembled! I must admit I was horrified when it arrived as it looked like a large pile of wood and lots of bags of screws. However I employed 2 handymen to put it together and after a lot of head scratching and sorting and following instructions it now looks amazing and my 2 and a half year old grandson loves the slide and swing.....with a baby seat! The biggest complaint when building it was that it would have been 100% easier if the wood was labelled in some way...instead if having to measure every piece to see if it matched the diagrams. It took about 5 hours to build.

Great service, quality & delivered before time

Purchased a Rhine cabin to use as a garden office and storage unit. Have not been impressed at all with the quality of the product and even less with the after sales service. Dunster clearly have no interest after you’ve signed up and bought your cabin. It’s impossible to talk to anyone unless via email. One of the doors supplied was warped so much that it doesn’t close. This makes the office / storage purpose not feasible. Asked Dunster to replace the faulty door and they have no interest. Basically they told us to fix it ourselves. The actual finish of the wood supplied is not great either. Lots of split logs etc. The bearers supplied are also useless and we had to spend another £150 to buy proper bearers for a cabin this size. We also chose to buy our own insulation boards which worked out at a fraction of the price Dunster wanted to charge.

well manufactured product, easy to install

Very pleased with the quality of the goods. The delivery was excellent stress free and very friendly. The gazebo looks fantastic.
