Highly friendly service, from the first contact to the delivery of the goods. All goods delivered are of a very high standard and the instructions are thorough and readily understood.

The log cabin and gazeebo were delivered on time and both the driver and his mate were very helpful when unloading. I built both items myself, this did take a few days but the result was well worth the time and effort. The parts were all precision cut and fitted together perfectly. Would definitely recommend Dunster products.

Excellent Product, once the footings were sorted the assembly was easy

I brought a wooden gazebo a few weeks ago from Dunster House, my order was made by phone & I found the guy in customer service very helpful as I had a few questions regarding shingles for the roof. My delivery arrived on the 19th March & over this last week my Dad & husband finally finished construction of gazebo. They did say it would of been helpful if the roof panels were numbered in order as this took some time to get right, it also helps if you have experience in building! Not a project for just anyone. Overall I`m more than happy with the service delivered by Dunster house & my new gazebo is looking very smart at the bottom of my garden, now to buy some garden furniture! ?
