A very painless experience , The gazebo arrived bang on time . The drivers assisted with unloading , however you don’t get anytime to check the product thoroughly , even though you sign to say you have!(hundreds of pieces) The instructions seem a little vague considering they state you do not require any skill to erect! As an engineer I was used to ambiguity in manuals so worked out easier ways to assemble The roof part was particularly lacking in details , however griping aside the gazebo looks magnificent. Yes there are some splits in the wood, yes some bits are warped and yes there are knots all over the place , but it is wood and I expected that. Would I recommend the company to others ? Yes definitely . I can only speak for the gazebo side of things (utopia 4x3 ) to be precise . It doesn’t look like £1k worth of wood laying on your drive . But looks a million dollars when your 3D giant jigsaw puzzle is complete!

It would be great if you had an option for someone to build the climbing frame for you as it takes an age!
