After we ordered our Rhine log cabin we changed our order to the Carsare, no problem, then before delivery we changed our order back to the Rhine no problem, then just prior to delivery we added floor insulation, again no problem. Delivery was on time and the lads unloaded the cabin without a hitch. We have almost finished building it just the final bits to attach. We used the Dumpster videos in conjunction with the installation instructions which made the build straightforward. My son who helped me with the build was well impressed with the quality of the cabin as we are. We love the look of the Rhine, the quality, but most of all Dunster`s excellent customer service. If you are reading this and looking for a log cabin don`t hesitate buy from Dunster you won`t be disappointed.
