Absolutely great service from start to finish and would totally recommend the quality of their products. Just one grumble which I did think could be avoided was the delivery. The delivery slot on the allocated day was 8am until 6pm. The only way you can check is via a tracker which is fine if you work locally to where you live to be able to pop home and take delivery. I cannot believe that in this day and age that the driver/delivery team would have a rough approximate based on their route and be trackable/contactable by mobile phone?? This did sour my experience at the end, to what was an excellent company to deal with.

From firstly having a look at the website to visiting the Liverpool site and choosing our Cabin to having it delivered and now almost finished on our site I cannot fault Dunsterhouse I would recommend them to anyone. Martyn our salesguy was honest, friendly and really down to earth, there was no hard sell, no promising the earth and was really great to deal with. Admittedly the girl taking our order a few weeks later completely forgot to tell the delivery guys that access was really restricted but they dealt with it well and were friendly and happy to help even in the poiring rain. Ok so doing a self build on these isn’t the easiest of tasks and the instructions could be a little more detailed (or maybe my other half could have actually read them!) But overall it’s manageable for a rookie Joiner and we are thrilled with the end results (not quite finished yet some snagging to do) Would wholly recommend DH the process and price suits us greatly and everyone loves our new Cabin :)

Would’ve had 5 stars but let down to a 1 star for delivery service after having paid the extra £50 and the driver and mate refused to take it into the back garden and had a shocking attitude towards their work. Well anyway apart from almost cancelling the order then and there as I was at work miles away the actual gazebo has to have a 5 star it’s stunning and was pretty easy for me and my lass to put up, professional, quality gazebo let down really badly by the delivery and also after service emails ignored when tried for a refund for the extra delivery charge
