Ordered a large Summerhouse, Dunster House helped advise me to get what I wanted, it arrived on time, every part was there, quality is great, instructions were detailed but easy to follow & myself & a friend with no major DIY experience built it easily. Very happy with the purchase & would very much recommend them to anybody purchasing such an item

We are very happy with the summerhouse! We got the Rhine log house 3x4m. We had our handyman to build it but he said it was prety straight forward job. The instructions for door /window frame could have been a little more helpful as it was not clear that these needed to be put in in at the beginning and build the walls around. Very strudy building and my handyman who also built the neighbours one from a different company (twice the prices of ours) said ours was better as double glazing was proper glass it came with vents and paint provided is a lot easier to use (and a few other points). It looks stunning!

Delivery was exactly on time,driver was very polite and cheerful and couldn't have been more helpful,product was good quality and went together like a dream,the main body of the shed/summerhouse was assembled in under six hours,self assembly by 2 men with no prior experience and basic DIY tools.The online videos on youtube are a great help and I would advise anyone buying a garden building to watch as many of these videos as possible,they do help with assembly.All together a good experience,and I would highly recommend hence the five star rating.
