Ordering, delivery timeframes and comms all great, only let down was delivery. They left rubbish outside a neighbours house. the building is of good quality and took a day to assemble the walls with help. roof and trims another 2 days. There is spare material in the kit, maybe a little too much of the insulation for both the roof and floor. generally very pleased with purchase.

very well made log cabin, one damaged log , large chunk taken out of the log close to a joint . short of a few clout nails other than that very pleased so far . its only been up two days.

I bought a large Gazebo from Dunster House. It arrived on time and we had it built by 2 workers we trust. They said that it was top quality, everything fits just right and it was a pleasure to build. They even said it was the best Gazebo they have ever built. I agree with them. It is absolutely fantastic and looks fabulous in our garden. I can highly recommend Dunster House!

Love the summer house, but the instructions on how to build it weren't the best. I would much prefer instructions for the summer house I bought rather than a generic set of instructions. The quality of the product is great and the finished build looks amazing.

Delivered ahead of schedule and pleased with the construction of the frame. Took some time to build, but that was to be expected. Perhaps an 4mm extra long drill bit could be provided to help with the assembly of the frame. As a standard 4mm drill bit isn’t long enough for many of the pieces provided.
