I did my homework and balanced the good and bad reviews before buying. I am very pleased with the structure of the building, but as they say it pays to know about wood before assembling it yourself. There was a fair bit of warpage in the beams and structure but nothing beyond the skills of a competent handyman to adjust and fit. I did expect this due the season and damp atmosphere and now completed, the building has settled and all is level and aligned. As stressed by Dunster House you must ensure that the base is completely level before starting the build. I have a very large concrete base but I still used 50 jacking feet and beefed up the supplied tanelised base throughout with additional CLS wood beams. This allowed me to adjust the base level perfectly and keeps it all above any future standing water.I installed aluminised insulation in the roof and beneath the floor also a breathable membrane beneath the roof tiles.I have yet to install power and heaters but even in this cold weather there is no condensation in the building.The windows and doors installed square and are easy to adjust by the very good hinge system.The locks are excellent and can be adjusted in and out by an alun key cam system which is far superior than many of the competitors I viewed before buying. All in all I am very pleased with the building an I am going to make all year round use during my retirement.I am not a professional but a very competent diyer with many years of experience.
