The service was excellent from placing our order to delivery, we were kept informed of delivery and it arrived at the time agreed, delivery lads were first class polite and very helpful , the product we chose was the swing , climbing frame , slide with den , for my grandson who absolutely loves it , took 2 of us 3/4 of a day to put up , good instructions would fully recommend

5 stare give because of value for money, support by email, which was reasonably quick but not out of hours or at weekend. The timber could have been of better quality ie some was twisted and distorted. But support helped me through this. Pity Support did not work weekends as this is when most people will need it as I did. This cost me a complete Saturday and Sunday wasted until they woke up on Monday. The instructions were good but one had to dig deep and read several times to fine and get the jest. Obviously written by someone who knew the product inside out but did not appreciate who it was written for ie 'complete novices'. However, I still give 5 star. Admin and delivery spot on. Mike

It would have been great to have a specific instructions to the house that I ordered instead of referring to the other houses you manufacturer. All if the bottom pieces that you start on were twisted and out of shape which slowed the building procedure. The house is up but I seem to have a lot of bit's left over.

Visited showrooms where staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a decent gazebo for the garden.

Log cabin we got is good, would be better if there were less cracks in the joints of wood. Instructions could have been better.

Quite good quality and we erected without too much sawing and cursing! The four legs would benefit from being a larger section timber as this makes it look a bit cheap, but it is not cheap!
