The good bits of my dealings with Dunster House... I found the ordering and delivery of the frame went without a hitch. The frame itself is fine, nice enough quality. The not so good... I ordered the 'baby seats' which are advertised as suitable for 18-36 month old and couldn't comfortably fit my 24 month old in it. Once he was wedged in, the ropes which should keep the seat upright slid back and forth rendering the seat completely unsafe and unfit to use and this is where the issues began. You only get 14 days from when you order to return or 'cancel an order' this means that you have to immediately build the frame once delivered, which is fine, if the weather is dry and you don't work. Anyway, I won't bore you with all the details, I would just urge anybody who is considering placing an order to first Google 'Dunster House Customer Service/complaints and have a read. All of the positive reviews on their own website must be from people who did not have to endure their customer service department. For this reason I regret purchasing from this company and would not recommend them.

One of the best purchases I have ever made. I can honestly say it has exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding. The build instructions were simple and clear, the videos were a huge asset whilst building it. Thanks you to all the team at Dunster House. I will recommending you to all family and friends.

Excellent buy. Took two people a lazy day to put up with very few niggles. Waiting for summer and the grandchildren to try and wreck it!

We brought this cabin 6 months ago. It's made well, easy to put together providing your base is level and flat, and its loads of fun (parties etc). Ours is a 50s bar and a chill area, it's a great area to escape the troubles of the world.

Overall the quality of the buildings is excellent, the wood is so thick and such good quality, ideally I would have liked a slightly bigger shed in height, loads of storage space. Aesthetically is absolutely perfect. Having checked many other sites prior to buying, nothing compares. In fact most other suppliers just resell the Dunster model.

This log cabin was easier to erect than expected because the instructions were much better than I have received from other kit type constructions that I have been involved with. I run a construction company, as it happens, am a Chartered Builder and Civil Engineer am most pleased because also the quality of the product is really very good and outstanding value. I am in the process of installing a sauna and relaxation area within the log cabin and am looking forward to spending some happy hours here. There was one small item missing which I am due to receive shortly, and this minor problem has been handled well and I appreciate it is easy for something not to be just right but what is important is that it is dealt with efficiently. Overall we are delighted - it looks great!
