The building is very good there are two things that i was not completely satisfied with one was the floor the lath is inadequate for the job we had to reinforce the floor the other is the doors the bolts provided were poor which made security an issue

We are so impressed with this log cabin. Although you see the dimensions of the wood in the description, it is not until you actually see the wood that you really appreciate the thickness and quality of the wood. We opted for the internal partition wall, creating a back storage area which was also handy for hiding the electrics and keeping the main room neat and tidy. We are impressed with the quality of the fittings, from door handles, hinges, window latches etc. The double glazing and carpet which we fitted has made it so cosy inside. We will soon be adding guttering and a gravel trench, to prevent the water splashing up at the base. All in all, we would make the same decision to purchase this product from Dunster house again. No regrets.

There was a lot of thought and research carried out by me before I purchased my cabin, and I can only it was a wonderfull journey from the delivery to me building the cabin mostly on my own in around 36 hrs ! It's so easy to build! I loved putting it together , it's amazing what you can do with a few glasses of wine at hand !!, great quality , great product , great company = GREAT CABIN ! We are very happy with the Balcony Fort, our boy is only two, but he is already enjoying the swing and slide, and loves the den area underneath. As far as construction, we used a joiner, and one grandad, it took them two days to put it together. Our joiner did say pre drilled holes would have saved a lot of time, a comment I noticed came up several times on other reviews. The structure is very sturdy, and looks great, I'm sure we will get a lot of use out of it in the coming years.

BEWARE...Check and double check your order.I ordered a Trent low roof garage,I placed the order over the phone with Erin O'Neill,She was very helpful or so i thought.I was asked if i want to upgrade to felt tiles rather than the standard felt,I replied i was happy with the felt,So far happy with my purchase... Delivery day,I was promised first delivery after waiting till 10.30AM I checked to see where the driver was...Delivery finally arrived at 2.30pm after taking a unexpected day off work. I now find out via the driver i dont have any felt as its an extra as is the garage doors. Customer services were rude beyond belief,only offered me free delivery if i buy the felt at the normal price,nothing more..The Manager was a pointless.Never ever buy from Dunster House,better quality cabins and customer services available on the internet.
