I was very impressed with the utopia300 gazebo will say it takes a bit longer than other customer statements it took 2 days to erect and felt the roof but was worth it as the weather was good. I would have preferred to have 4x4 uprights as I believe this would make it totally solid but I am very happy with the final product I would suggest that you buy the better felting as it does make the gazebo that bit better looking all the lighting we have added but nice to sit into the early hours on these nice evenings

When I first looked at all the bits I thought it would take me forever to build, once I went through the instructions and laid the bits in size order it was quite easy to put together by myself, the overall quality is good but I did have to re-cut a couple of the factory cut joints as they were in the wrong place this was quite easy to do and now can't be seen as I put the wrong cut ends at the rear of the building, overall I'm happy with the finished item and would recommend this company to friends etc...

We are very pleased with our summerhouse. beautifully engineered with all sections fitting perfectly. We had a slightly sloping site so levelling the founds took a bit of time so it took us a day and a half (12 hrs) to complete. 2 pairs of hands! We cannot praise enough your driver who was extremely helpful and cheerful, for arriving punctually and unloading.

An excellent adventure playground that the kids love! Arrived on the day scheduled with no problems. Once building commenced there were a couple of issues with some of the parts but after a quick e-mail to the customer services department my replacement parts arrived within 4 days and were perfect. A great quality product that is worth paying that bit extra for. We also bought the Duoseat as an extra which has been the a great hit with all 3 of kids aged 2,5 & 8. Would definitely recommend!!

We bought this for our three year old after lots of research. He and his friends love it. Honestly he spends hours on the swing and loved trying out the monkey bars with the help of his dad. The build quality, design and look of the SquirrelFort are to a very high standard and look great in our fairly compact garden. Service from Dunster House was excellent - they called and arranged delivery within 4 days. Building it took about 3-4 hours and it is important to have help and the right tools (a good drill for drilling in screws saves a lot of time). Very happy and highly recommend.

top quality item, but was very disappointed that the roof came in so many sections. thought that with the money that it cost that some of it could have at least been assembled. poor of them to be so like ikea with this part of it. Also item was ready and it took for me to phone them to get a delivery date. Had I not I would have been waiting longer for the item to be delivered

We love it in the sun,we love it in the shade,we love it in the rain and we love it in the dark.So it's eternally occupy-able.I'll not deny that the assembly was a challenge to an ageing lapsed handyman like me, but the old limbs have recovered thanks in no small measure to the convalescent qualities of our new garden facility.The summerhouse package from DunsterHouse arrived intact,on time, and contained all the components and assembly details I needed for a straightforward (if protracted) construction. It is a great new amenity and we are well pleased with it.

I purchased the cabin to use as a small yoga studio. Luckily my husband is in the building trade so he found it quite simple to understand. Getting the base struts squared up is crucial & a bit tricky. We did not pay for the logs to be treated so did this ourselves - this took several days on & off as every surface has to be treated. Also bear in mind the cost of purchasing the preserver which was approx £100. So you may prefer to have it pre-treated. We were very impressed with how easily the logs slotted together & the ease of fitting doors & windows. We were disappointed with the advice not given about the roofing felt. The salesman knew what the cabin would be usec for and that it would have lights & electricity in, yet he did not say that the basic shed felt would not be adequate. We put this on and then read lots of reviews telling us clearly that shed felt is not adequate. We had to purchase further rolls of underlay & good quality felt suitable for cabins which will be usrd as rooms from Wickes. This added a further £150. We could probably have purchased this from Dunster in the first place ! We were hugely impressed with the guy who delivered the packs. He was really friendly & helpful. We painted the cabin purple as you can see from the photos and everyone has been very complimentary. Overall we are thrilled with this cabin and would be mire than happy for any prospective customer to come and see it and answer any questions about putting it together.
