A great quality product but it feels like once Dunster have your money the service thereafter is pretty disappointing. Could do better by ensuring that delivery and offloading is to the garden area as opposed to kerbside only. And a number of the instructions need some clarity with regards to screw type etc. All fits together well and the finished article is top notch!

I contacted the Liverpool branch on Wednesday to ask if they have the Unicorn corner gazebo on display in order for us to view today. I spoke to Craig, who was very helpful, and stated they did not have this exact model on display, but had two very similar gazebos on display. I have driven 70 miles today, only to find they do not have ANY gazebos on display at all. I was very very disappointed and annoyed. What a complete waste of a whole day! Craig was actually working today, and when I asked him about the Gazebos he had told me had been on display, he just looked at me blank...............couldn't be less interested if he tried. Shocking customer service. Will not be returning and will now have to re-plan my garden.

A truly fantastic cabin which sits perfectly at the end of our garden. We purchased this at the end of summer and are looking forward to getting full use of it this coming year. The delivery went smoothly and they arrived on the day allocated and even telephoned an hour beforehand. I was surprised by the volume of timbers when it was all unloaded and left on the driveway. We soon got to grips with slotting the timbers together and it soon began to build up around us. The window frames slotted into place as you built up the walls - so easy and neat. One of the window panes had a small mark between the two panes of glass. A quick phone call was made and a replacement was on its way. Very pleased with our purchase and can't wait to enjoy it this year

This climbing frame is amazing. The slide, climbing wall and swings are all well built and ideal for young children. The kids both love it and the materials are very good quality. Few things to note if you're going to assemble it yourself; It takes time to assemble, and definitely needs two people, so set aside a full weekend Make sure you have a good electric screw driver/drill. There's a number of holes that need to be drilled for small screws - all very easy but I'd hate to do it will elbow grease alone! It comes with 4 ground anchors and sturdy bolts. I set these into the ground with postcrete and they hold the whole structure securely but I would also suggest a couple of strategically placed fence posts set in concrete to support the frame (you'll need to buy some bolts/brackets to attach them) if you have older children - although the instructions say it should not have more than x number of kids on it at any one time, I've yet to find a way to make children obey the rules:-) The instructions are good, but we had a few things to puzzle through, perhaps because I don't read instructions very well but; The way in which the climbing wall grips are attached is not very obvious (drill holes and set the nuts up so that the spikey bits dig into the wood to leave a flush finish on the underside of the climbing wall). We used a mallet to bash them in sufficiently to allow the bolts to bite before tightening them up. Be sure to put the brackets for the swings on "before" you screw the rungs into place - rookie error but very annoying as we needed to unscrew all the rungs to put them on! The monkey bars have two different sized cross beams. Think through which way the whole structure is going to face and make sure you have these two cross beams the correct way around. With that said, if you can build a fitted wardrobe and you enjoy a bit of DIY then you can construct this and your kids will love it.

The finished product is great and my four year old daughter absolutely loves this. The customer service was fantastic when purchasing and the delivery men were very helpful. My only criticisms are that the roof is a little flimsy and there didn't seem to be enough footholds. Assembly wasn't particularly easy, although there were detailed instructions, it took a good day.

Product arrived very shortly after ordering, delivery team were brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable, taking us through a brief overview and giving hints and tips, clearly they have built quite a few in the past. Once we started reviewing the instructions, took me half a day working alone to build some of the standalone items, and then took three of us (Including the wife and Grandad) to build the thing in about 5 more hours working together. Cant stress enough how much better it is to have two drills, one to drill pilot holes and the other to screw in with. - there is no getting away from it this is a huge flat-pack project - but very rewarding... Once built the Climbing Frame is brilliant, and really quite challenging even for older kids, we bought the baby swing for our 1 year old and it really is easy to sway them over and change things as you want. Although the wood is softwood, there is so much of it and jointed so well that its really quite rigid and safe, the main problem is now getting the kids to come in and leave it at night.

The finished article is very good, bar some very minor irritations, such as the window beading not covering the internal aluminium frames of the double glazed panels, so you see a silver edge around the windows and doors. One strong criticism we would make is that the instructions aren't well organised, have no index, TOC or glossary. A good introduction with a general description of the whole process would have been helpful along with better quality illustrations. We wasted time wading through the instructions to find information that could have been easy to find. We needed to make a flat base from a considerable slope and asked if we could use any other aggregate as only sand is recommended in the instructions. When we asked for advice, the response was essentially 'this is what the manual says'. ie. engagement was avoided and strictly email only. In the end we used ballast for the volume and sand to finish off. We didn't use use the pine strip floorboards, preferring 18mm plywood to give a more durable floor. We think this would be a good option when ordering the cabin. We had a pain of glass (one side of a double glazed unit) shatter in the garage when we tried to move it. Dunster said firstly they wouldn't help because it was past 30 days and then accused us of mishandling. Faults (inclusions and internal stress) are rare, but they are the reason for spontanous shattering of this nature. Dunster's attitude was 100% dismissive. They couldn't supply another for several weeks, so we source another costing £40. No problem, but the fact that Dunster were prepared to have a fight over such a small sum was irritating to say the least. They will not speak on the phone. We were planning to buy another cabin, but we were left with a bad feeling.

Not yet erected but looks great. Order process was easy and everything was great until delivery day. I had been advised that my delivery would be between 8 and 6 but that I would receive a text message when the driver was 5 miles away. My wife is a wheelchair user and so I needed to be there to collect but could not afford to take a day off work. The delivery arrived at 8.30am, no text message and the driver even said to my wife that "we do not send texts". 9.05am I received a text to say driver was 5 miles away, by which time the delivery had been made and left outside my garage. I had to leave work urgently to move it into the garage. Your system needs to be reviewed
