This is a great product good quality looks better in real life compared to the photos. I have used it for the hot tub its perfect. The only downside could have done with a few more long screws as I was about 4 short. I put it up on my own but you do need two people it took me about two and a half days but I was only spending five hours a day. Overall I am very happy with it great value for money.

Very happy with house, easy to assemble with help from a friend and two helpers, up and wind and water tight in a day, my hot tub is 2m+2m and takes up a bit of room but every thing fits in fine.

the delivery driver was very helpful, giving tips on how to prep and build the cabin. the instructions could be a little better, had to read them a few times but the online videos are a big help. the cabin itself is very well made with all the pieces fitting together with no modifying. all in all a very good experience from start to finish. thank you dunster house.

This is an excellent product, I would recommend it happily - very good value when you realise the volume of parts and wood involved. It's well designed the wood seems sturdy and I expect it will last well. It looks great and fits into the natural surroundings effectively due to the green and brown colourings. My daughter loves it and demands to be released into the garden to play on it even though the weather is miserable! Just bear in mind this is a major undertaking to built this yourself. It requires a decent level of diy/carpentry skill (definitely more than assembling an Ikea wardrobe for example). You need power drills, power screwdrivers (probably around 300 screws) and some other tools. The instructions recommend 2 people but one person can do 95% of it, I would say it's 15-20 hours solid work. The instructions are good but it's still easy to make mistakes if you are not experienced. It would help if the wood came with a few more predrilled holes (or at least marker holes) as the measuring and drilling yourself is difficult to do precisely.

Hi The Vantage was installed four weeks ago and after three days the shingle felt tiles started to come loose we spoke to Emma at Dunster and were told that we could not speak to anyone but advised that we email our concerns to Customer Service We are still awaing remedial work which is proposed on 21st December 2015 By now all the tiles have been dislodged and are scattered around the garden and adjacent properties Very disappointing Ciao Sivs

This was a really lovely garden house. It was delivered promptly and it assembled well. Unfortunately the paint that came with it was appalling. After 3 coats we gave up. It just sunk into the wood like water. I do not see how it could give any protection. We let it dry and painted it with our own outdoor paint to match the house and it looks great. This was a LOT of extra work. We insultated all the walls, the roof and the floor and finished with tongue and grooved panelling and painted this in shades of blue/green. We also added small guttering that drains to a water butt behind. Frankly for us it could have been not quite so high. It stands up a bit tall in the garden. I suggest you get rid of that paint. It is worthless. My builder said he had never worked with anything so bad and I have painted a hell of a lot of houses and it was just awful to try to work with it. Otherwise it was worth the price.

Great climbing frame, very sturdy and will hopefully stand the test of time. One point, the delivery man that stated it would take one person four hours to assemble was either sniffing illegal substances or hidden beneath his coat he had four sets of hands and a bionic, superman body with feet that could grip and drill all at the same time.
