Great product once put up, Unfortunatly some issues with delivery wrong wood pack due to wind blowing tickets off and had been dropped at the wrong delivery. We was expected to call and re arrange to get the other pack sent out which would of taken 7 days when we had someone building it the following day. After many chats with the driver explaining this is not our fault and we need the pack he eventually decide to go back to the first drop off to swap the packs and brought them back later that day. Also there was some nails missing and the box which all the components where sent in was all cracked and sharp broken on delivery. Otherwise the climbing frame is great

Very unsatisfied with my purchase! My husband started putting it together and all the wood split therefore unable to use! Due to family illnesses and other problems we've not been able to bring it back

I love my new cabin. There were a few trivial suggestions that I fed back for the instructions and I did a couple of things slightly differently to the Dunster system. Everything went together amazingly easily and I've ended up with a really good building.

Very good quality product. Not easy to follow the instructions supplied when constructing the frame. The instructions could do with better explanation over which diagonal brace goes inline and which sits below the ladder piece. The top ladder only fits one way. We put it the wrong way round and had to part dismantle the construction. In the end and my dad got there! Definately advise purchase of this product but take your time when assembling.

Maxi Fort. Having looked at several suppliers for this sort of climbing frame I found either cheap versions which seemed flimsy and poor quality or ones costing much more. I had initially discounted this one, having viewed online, as I assumed it would be the cheap quality but am glad I took the trouble to visit the showroom to view. It seems to be great value for money. Its feels really solid and well made! Building it took probably 2 days . Fairly easy if you are handy if its going onto a flat level grass site. I would buy from them again !

Superb building with very clear and comprehensive instructions. We were daunted by the big pile of materials but got the log cabin up in no time. Just my girlfriend and myself! So pleased with the resulting building, weve been sitting out there most evenings since its been built... Love it!

I am pleased with the result but had some problems en route which required several communications with your customer service department. Others I solved myself. The main problem related to the connection of the purlins to the spider as the holes had been drilled wrongly. This necessitated inserting wedges on top of four of the purlins and as a result the other four do not sit on the circular plate which spoils the internal finish (see photo showing wedge on one purlin and gap under its neighbour). I felt the instructions were only 90% good. Several key points were missing or assumed. I cannot now remember what in detail but recommend that you get someone who has not previously erected a summer house to do so following the instructions and think that the omissions would show up. Fortunately I have a lot of experience with timber so was able to work my way through the difficulties. The skirting boards as supplied would have required joins in conspicuous places since there were inadequate lengths of timber to span the full 2.8 (approx) metres. I replaced these with more substantial ones. This was only one of several places where I felt you had skimped - a false economy in my opinion. When spending this sort of money I would have expected full lengths. Also in various places, eg around the door frame, there were too few screws so significant gaps appeared between the trims carrying the seals and the main frame. One of the storm stays had to be replaced as there was a knot in the middle which caused the length virtually to fall apart. More careful selection of timber is required. I added trims to the roof edging (see photographs) to give a better finish (in my opinion) than just felt. So, over all I am satisfied with the result but feel you have room for improvement with quality control.
