The Prize Draw
1.1 The Dunster House Taarmo Heavy Duty 19mm Log Shed Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK mainland residents aged 18 and over only. A list of postcodes which are excluded can be found on our website at Where Do We Deliver?
1.2 The prize is a Taarmo Heavy Duty 19mm Log Shed worth £784.99 with free delivery. Only one prize is available. Price of the Shed is £784.99 as advertised on 16/05/2023.
1.3 The Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of Dunster House Ltd, their group companies or family members, or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw.
1.4 Entry into The Prize Draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.5 This Prize Draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
1.6 To enter: Follow the entry link and fill out the required details: your full name, your email address, and your phone number. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email us at [email protected]. Do not email us to enter; only email if you have difficulties using the online entry form above.
1.7 Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
1.8 The Prize Draw closes at 26th of May 2023 at 12:00pm. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
1.9 The winner will be chosen from a random draw of correct entries.
1.10 The winner will be notified by email within 3 working days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Dunster House Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Dunster House Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
1.11 The winner will be announced via email from Dunster House Ltd Marketing Department and will contain the name and location of the winner e.g John S, Bristol.
1.12 The paint that Dunster House Ltd does supply is not included within the Prize and is available for purchase only and paid delivery as standard
1.13 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
1.14 Dunster House Ltd retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
1.15 Dunster House Ltd may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Prize Draw. The winner is under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion.
2. Delivery
2.1 No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

2.3 Goods will be delivered to the first point of contact at the front of the property e.g., driveway. The delivery vehicle will park a maximum of 20m from the first point of contact. Our trucks will not enter the property. We do not deliver to the side/rear elevation, inside any building or go through a neighbour ‘ s property. If there is no access at the front of the property the goods will be delivered to kerbside and you will need to move the goods from any public highways. At point of delivery the responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
3. Install
3.1 Dunster House will not install the prize as we do not offer an install service on any of our products. The Dunster House Taarmo Heavy Duty 19mm Log Shed has been designed with the DIYer in mind. A competent DIYer should be able to assemble the Shed.
4. Important
4.1 Aside from the use of the winner’s postal address data, email address data and phone number to arrange delivery of the prize associated with this giveaway, Dunster House Ltd will not use personal data for any other purpose and all personal data will be blocked by Dunster House Ltd after the winner has been contacted. 4.2 You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Dunster House Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
4.3 Dunster House Ltd accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
4.4 Dunster House Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Dunster House Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.5 Dunster House Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent entry has occurred.
4.6 Dunster House Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
4.7 The Prize Draw is not be gifted or donated to places where it would be commercially used.
