It is important that you find the shed that is right for you. So here are some things we would recommend doing to make it easier to welcome your alleyway shed to your home:

Planning Permission for Sheds

Are you looking for something a little larger but still want to dodge planning permission and permits? According to a law change in 2008, an application is unnecessary for certain sheds. The criteria are as follows:

• Domestic use only – property members
• Keep it to the back or the sides of your house
• Eaves not exceeding 2.5m
• Not encroaching on property borders
