Very good service until money all paid. then said could not deliver on agreed date. then told out of stock but had already been told 5 in stock,after saying refund money and cancel order it was delivered original date. delivery men great..then come to put shingles on roof no clout nails phoned up only to be told email or write in and we will look at it, not much help had to buy else where. Gazebo great customer service very poor.

Excellent quality. Very pleased. All parts were there. Nothing missing. We had two contractors to erect it and it took about 9 hours including the roof which takes about a third of that. I'm 70 now and would have done it myself when I was younger but glad I paid some younger guys to do this job on this occasion. They commented that it was much better quality than many that they have done before. Delighted. Bob Brown, Maresfield, East Sussex
