Very pleased with the Dunster shed received. Just a shame about the weather as we had no inside space to store the wood and had to rig up lots of tarps to cover the logs and cover the build as we went along. (Not Dunster's fault). Also very pleased with the two delivery guys who were excellent and helped us store the relevant bits in the correct order for construction. They were very personable and nothing was too much trouble. Really glad we went for the two person delivery on our 5m x 4m workshop. One person would have been there all night otherwise helping us to sort. Workshop now in place, from an amateur point of view, could have had a bit more guidance in certain areas, as we misunderstood some instructions and so had to re-do. However, all in all a very good experience and would certainly use Dunster again. Had so many good comments about the workshop and it looks fabulous and works well. Thank you Dunster House.

Having looked at various Log Cabins we chose to buy a Dunster House Severn 5 x 4 metre. And we are very pleased with our purchase . We were told 2-6 weeks delivery time and it came in 4 weeks. We paid for the 2 man delivery and the 2 delivery guys were very good and efficient. They put the Cabin parts in rear garden as requested and were most cheerful about it and no moaning what so ever (Theres a lot of wood). The construction took 13.5 hours (8am - 9:30pm) single handed which I was most pleased about ,all finished in 1 day ( A long tiring day ). Then it took me a further 2 days to paint but it looks fantastic. I have now installed electric lighting and sockets, a Bar and some of the furniture we want in it. And have a Log Burning Stove on order. When it is furnished completely we will send some photographs in so others can see the finished result. The only criticism I have of Dunster House is their pricing policy. I was preparing the site and putting a base in as fast as I could but every month from the Spring to the Summer they would put the prices up around Â£200 each time for my particular cabin, then after we purchased ours they started to reduce them again so I ended paying Top price for ours. However I was fortunate with the weather being good . I would'nt fancy putting it up in the winter its definitely a Summer job, and it was good to get it up and treated without a drop of rain touching it whatsoever . My wife is delighted with it and I know the house has virtually become redundant now !

Very good material with an excellent finish to a high standard. Only reason I have given 4 star rating is due to very poor instructions manual. The manual was just an overview and not step by step instructions. If this can be improved then I would not hesitate to give 5/5 rating.
