Everything about this purchase was ''first class'' Delivered promptly, on time, and the delivery guys were helpful and obliging. Great job. I assembled it myself, over 4 days, the ''hardest'' bit being the Shingle Tiles. But I was very obsessive about the construction. The design and build makes this a joy to assemble, a real big boys jigsaw. But with attention to the''squareness'' and a precise level, it worked out a treat. Congratulations on the quality of manfacture and the timber. Very happy with the result. We are very pleased with the purchase of our Summerhouse. The delivery of the product, and the staff and workmen that we met were excellant.. With regards to the windows and doors, however, we were disappointed that the internal sides were not fitted with an internal top insert to compliment the ones on the exterior. It makes the windows look unfinished, as you are looking at bare wood, from the rear of the exterior insert.

The delivery men from Dunsterhouse were amazing took best part of 2 hours, they sorted into correct sections. The Build quality is superb, instructions could be a bit clearer but assembly took about 1.5 days including the shingles was hard work but the results made this well worth the effort. Everyone who has seen it loves it, a beautiful place to be. Thank you Dunster House

Really pleased with the finished artical, it's a great addition to the garden and really has the "wow" factor. I'm yet to get the furniture for it but that's next on the list. I've added a slideshow of it being made in stages which I hope you're able to view. Thanks

went together a treat two days in total added extra floor supports and fitted green floor then fitted standard floor on top we looked at two other dealers before buying this one the 44mm wood is a must with roof shingle on roof looks great many thanks graham
