A nicely designed summerhouse and simple to self build if you have a reasonable amount of DIY savvy. Just large enough for two/three people to sit in comfortably with a table for drinks. Allow two full days for build as the roof tiles almost all need cutting to shape! My advice would also be to seal the bottoms of the windows outside as rain will find its way through under the glass otherwise. My only critique would be that there should be a small angled finisher for the doors and window bottoms to allow the rain to drip off away from the frame and thus potentially remove the possibility of water ingress over the inner frame. I will probably update with these next summer. All in all a good reasonably priced product and delivery. Good company to do business with, friendly, professional and not at all pushy. Highly recommended.

hi The quality is very good, particularly at the price. The instruction manual is not great, too much reliance on pictures. Not enough stages shown. The grammar in the instructions isnt perfect and would confuse those with a lack of experience (it lets down the overall high quality) i would recommend time being taken to revamp it. Otherwise great! Delivery good driver extremely helpful. Thank you

This summer house went together beautifully! The only problems encountered were my own incompetence, even so it was all very forgiving & we are delighted with the result! Don't have any pics ready yet as we are doing a major job including landscaping the area, but I could send them later. Cheers.........Doug.

I am an o a p and was told I would be able to help the driver,as it wouldn't be heavy when it arrived it was all on a pallet,luckily my brother was here. Also it would have been a lot easier if the holes were already drilled. The shingle has not been put on yet due to the weather.

The summerhouse was built very abley by my husband at the same time as building a new greenhouse for me. Sadly, the quality of the Summerhouse was quite inferior to that of the greenhouse so he was quite critical of its' quality. Items that did not fit well together and had to be 'doctored to be screwed together. I can sit inside and see the outside - not through the windows but through the large gaps in the joints. The roof ends have already started to 'bow' and will need strengthening in time. There are huge splits in the wood pieces that sit on the corners beside each door. I have left the window bars off as I prefer to look through the glass as it is - apart from which I didn't have the energy to rub down all the roughly machined bits of wood. Whilst I got this for a reduced price, from the quality of build & materials, it is def not worth the full RRP.

recieved the summer house on the time and date requested,very pleased with the packaging and construction of the house everything clearly labled driver very helpful,unfortunatly the summerhouse is still in our garage waiting assembly due to very cold icey snowy conditions here in Yorkshire i am looking forward to building it soon. will send a photograph when finished
