The summerhouse is finally built and last coat of preservative added and it looks superb, friends are impressed. I found all aspects of service very good including communication and delivery. The installation instructions were a little brief but with a bit of forethought I found them adequate for purpose. All in all very pleased.

From the start of the proccess Dunster were brilliant, they forwarded me the relevant plans to prepare the base. I did opt for the shingle roof as I thought that this would finsh the cabin of nicely however, the cabin was delivered with all the parts and went together really well and looks greatbut some 2 weeks later a membraine arrived that was supposed to go undreneath the shingle all a bit late considering I had completed the build, I did contact Dunster who gave me a new delivery of shigle to redo with the membraine underneath this time, but I did feel a bit put out that I didnt receive a good will gesture as I have lost a kew valuable days of my weekend. If you are looking at this review to consider the quility of the Shed then its 100% no regrets

Absolutely delighted with our Vantagae 250 summerhouse. Excellent value for money. Everyone is very impressed with how it looks. The only downside we had was that we were not told that the roofing shingles were not included in the price and it would have cost quite a lot extra to have these delivered. However, we found a local supplier. All we are hoping for new is a decent summer to enjoy our summerhouse.

Hi Dunster House, I would just like to write and tell you that my Summerhouse is now up and treated. I am thrilled to bits with it. It went together quite easily and looks a nice addition to the garden. Today I went and got some flooring for it to go on the tongue and groove. I now need some furniture in and it is set. I am also suitably impressed with all the dealings I have had with you from the taking of my order, my deposit, my balance, to being updated about delivery and last but not least your delivery man who was lovely. It makes such a difference. I am also impressed to find that you do your deliveries in house and do not farm them out to contractors. That makes such a difference to customers too, especially those with limited time to hang around waiting - like me! Thank you very much for making it such a good experience. Regards, Christine Eynon.

Good quality product ,need 2 people to assemble ( specificially the shingles) Looks great only criticism there was an incorrect floor board in the delivery and had to make do
