The service was fantastic from the purchasing to delivery, the quality of the cabin is really good and very easy to assemble and looks great

Turned up when they said,you get what you pay for some of the timber was warped and split but useable, summer house up and very useable, does the job, I would use them again

The log house was delivered in the time expected. I must admit seeing all the pieces on the front drive did look like a very daunting task that we were about to undertake. However, my husband was very precise in placing the pieces together with spirit level and tape measures etc, the end results is excellent. There are some snagging points like the door needing to be planed down, however, with such a big log cabin/summer house there is always going to be something. The only time hubby ever complained was when he put the shingles on the roof, it was very time consuming but looks good. He has a bar in the cabin and pool table so it was all worthwhile.

The product was delivered on time even if the driver was a bit grumpy saying that the delivery should be at the curb and not moved to a hard standing only 4m from the gravel entrance. The timber was in the main of decent quality but one of the main support timbers (3m long) was badly warped. My first mistake was to try to fix it even though the joint could not be butted together properly. As a result the roof timbers would not fit properly and several of the t & g boards had to be cut to fit. I had other problems when erecting the carcus and emailed the company for help. The company responded but were not helpful claiming that the answer to one issue was “customer choice”. I viewed some of the company videos and found the YouTube presentations to differ from the written instructions provided. Finally, after many hours I finished erecting the gazebo structure and started fitting the roof shingles. My advice to anyone would be to buy the shingles separately as the ones provided were of lower quality than expected and were easily damaged when standing at the ridge in hot weather conditions some of the shingles melted and were damaged.. in the end the work was completed and the result is just about okay. Time will tell if the structure lasts and is waterproof. All in all, I suppose you get what you pay for. In my case, I would recommend not purchasing this particular gazebo. It was a cut price purchase and the product (and the company to some extent) did not come up to the standards I had hoped for. Sorry for the review, but it gives my views about the product.
